As of April 23, KnowledgePark Technologies Inc. has changed its corporate name to Evention Technologies, Inc.

This change comes as a result of KnowledgePark's successful sale of "EDC", its industry-leading compliance management and e-learning product, to OpenText Corporation. Evention is re-branding itself within the information technology services sector without the specific inference to its previous e-Learning and Knowledge Management offerings. This change is in name only, the company remains the same, with no corporate structural changes.
