Change Management Analyst

We are currently looking to add the talents of a Change Management Analyst to our team. In this role, you will join Accreon’s Change Management Practice, one of the firm’s emerging strategic service offerings, where you will be able to have immediate impact through delivery of change management services to clients and support of our practice development. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts to improve our systems integration implementations by driving and documenting change management processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Solid understanding of change management principles
- Business change management experience within large complex blue chip organizations
- Proven ability to deliver performance improvement and breakthrough results
- Bright, analytical and commercially-minded. Able to deal with complexity and not be thrown by ambiguity
- Interpersonal skills to manage multiple and varied stakeholders
Strategic Change Requirements
- Six to eight years of professional experience with significant exposure to projects
- Experience as a “change agent,” planning change and executing communications, training, and deployment activities in a large project environment
- Prior experience in a business analyst role is an asset
- Knowledge of current industry business process methods and tools
- Strong leadership abilities
- Well-honed interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate are critical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Designing and conducting organizational readiness assessments
- Developing change strategy, policies, and plans
- Developing and executing communications strategy and plans
- Developing and executing training strategy and plans
- Planning, leading, communicating and implementing successful change
- Performing business analyst role on project teams, as necessary
Additional Assets
- The ability to speak both French and English.
- The ability to work at client sites in locations other than Fredericton.
