Business Analyst

We are currently looking to add the talents of a Business Analyst to our team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- University degree with a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in business systems analysis.
- Experience participating in workshops and training sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong customer focus and understanding of adding value.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with people at different organizational levels.
- Ability to balance strategic design goals against immediate business objectives.
- Experience writing Use Cases.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and system end-users to identify and document their business and system requirements.
- Identify, develop, test and implement new technologies to improve service and enhance value for our customers.
- Identify and advise on business and technology trends that create opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop business cases for systems by analyzing the requirements, feasibility, costs, risks, design and specifications.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for applications development, design and implementation.
- Develop and implement test plans and strategies.
- Provide effective training, coaching and mentoring to the client regarding change management.
- Contribute to the creation of effective tools and methods for management consulting and change management.
Additional Assets
- Experience in implementation and support of clinical information systems.
- Service Oriented Architecture and User-Centered Design experience.
- Knowledge of Project Management skills and methodologies.
- The ability to speak both French and English.
